Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years sales experience in these industries: illumination, solar, hardware distribution, construction or electrical maintenance
  • Honest, hard working, and having passion for sales
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to wotively within a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced English

Responsibilities:


  • Contact current and prospective customers to meet their needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Act as an internal account coordinator for assigned accounts
  • Establish connections with new clients to expand our customer base
  • Provide accurate quotes, input orders, and follow up on transactions
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to exchange insights on potential sales leads
  • Ensure prompt and quality delivery of customer orders, coordinating with logistics as necessary
  • Assist other Inside Sales Representatives in managing and expanding their accounts
  • Recommend appropriate products to customers based on their needs
  • Stay informed about market trends, product advancements, and competitors' activities
  • Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to strengthen client loyalty

What We Offer:

  • Base salary of $18, $22,000.00 MXN month, benefits and great commission package
  • Work from home and will need to travel to meet clients
