The National Account Specialist, Distribution is responsible for driving growth of all products and services in the Logitech portfolio. They provide a sales plan aligned to the company strategy and be responsible to manage that plan. Ultimately driving towards growth to meet and exceed quota. This role reports directly to the Distribution leader.

Location:

We proudly support remote work for this position however you are expected to be available for travel as the business requires/per the needs of your customers.

In this role you will:

  • Build lasting relationships with your accounts and become the goto technology partner for all Logitech solutions.
  • With the support of your manager, act as the primary Go-To expert for Account Ownership of a business plan and execution to that plan.
  • Assist in the development and execute against plans to surface net new opportunities in the reseller space to accelerate Logitech business in all verticals.
  • Successfully support and suggest new product categories and key initiatives to implement against.
  • Support account in developing and executing Quarterly Business Reviews with customers and leadership teams.
  • Work cooperatively and harmoniously with the existing Logitech sales teams and infrastructure, learning from and leveraging resources where appropriate.
  • Manage the MDF budget and collaborate with Channel Marketing to deliver an efficient and effective plan consistent with Logitech strategies.
  • Develop sales incentives and activities to help drive towards results.
  • Collaborate and partner with crossfunctional teams, across Logitech.
  • Ability to develop inventory and sales plans that meet Logitech and customer needs.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Previous experience with quota-carrying sales roles, preferably in consumer products or technology, preferably within the distribution channel.
  • Track record of success as a sales representative
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work crossfunctionally with different sales teams and business functions.
  • Passion for developing customer relationships and identifying/capitalizing on opportunities
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with experience maintaining business plans, leading through key metrics and ROI both to deliver results and formulate strategy.
  • A scrappy, handson approach and willingness to do what is needed to support and drive the business forward with speed and flexibility.
  • An innovation mindset. Be willing to always try new things, make bets, and take calculated risks for the purpose of growing revenue.
  • Analytical skills and experience in decision making.
  • Selfmotivation and passion for results.
  • Intellectually curious and enjoys constant learning

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Negotiation skills and the ability to establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the distribution industry.
  • Knowledge of distribution channel dynamics, including understanding of key players, competitors, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, crossfunctional environment.
