In this position, the person will have full responsibility for all commercial, Customer Service & P&L aspects within the service sector of beer, wine, spirits and other beverages or related products manage thru VinLog.

Your Role :This is an entrepreneurial role taking building on existing beverage infrastructure to reach our long-term business objectives to become the leading service provider within the niche market of wine logistics. The person will report directly to the VP of sea freight respecting the policies and procedures of K+N and in close collaboration with Vinlog product owners globally, driving a positive & dynamic environment. Demonstrating an active hand on and collaborative approach, you will be expected to quickly establish credibility both internally and externally among all stakeholders. The position would be in Mexico City (MX) with following key areas of involvement.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Manage the national Vinlog P&L in alignment with Road Map objectives
  • Create and execute the short and longterm Road Map that will drive a clear strategy internally and externally
  • Establish a winning team culture (Sales/Customer Service) that can cover the identified target accounts and maneuver professionally within the beer, wine & spirits culture to deliver extraordinary customer service
  • Work closely with pricing and procurement divisions to ensure that buying and selling is reasonable and presented to customers in a well digested format.
  • Provide strong infrastructure of information sharing between Customer Care, sales and buy/sell divisions
  • Develop customized strategies to large customers and align this with executive actions within the given stakeholder environment.
  • Cooperate with key product owners (beer, wine & spirits) as well as global Vinlog network to attract business opportunities.
  • Monthly financial review, account status, pipeline management, loss trend analysis and retention awareness. Connect with key divisions to align on performance.
  • Lead a strong team that drives profitable growth

Your Skills and Experiences:


  • Personable individual who instills confidence in everyone they work with and will represent VinLog's culture in Mexico
  • Experience managing/mentoring high level team members
  • Proven success in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in achieving established objectives
  • Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) within budget parameters
  • Experience working on large clients/projects with many moving parts
  • Experience building and managing budgets & PL's
  • Organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently between accounts and projects
  • Selfmotivated, enthusiastic, resourceful
  • Polished, professional demeanor, team player ability to work under pressure and navigate challenges that may arise prior to or onsite at events
Must be flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently

Carry out a well-defined national Road Map and establish Vinlog Mexico as a leading provider of global logistic services to beer, wine and spirits customers


Travel:

The position will involve national and international travel

VinLog Road Map milestones
Customer retention and growth
Managing a financially sound P&L
Internal and external KN Experience advocate
