Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work side
by
side with designers to ideate on concepts and bring designs to life.
Architect efficient and reusable components and abstractions.
Contribute to a culture of learning by documenting and sharing technical knowledge as a developer on an agile team.
Participate in developer communities of practice by following best practices, participating in code reviews, and sharing knowledge.
Keep up to date with latest technologies and tools and evangelize their value within the development teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability Required:

3+ years of web, RWA and PWA development, preferring experience in enterprise organizations.
College degree or successful completion of a respected developer bootcamp/ or accelerator.
Deep expertise with web development using modern languages and frameworks (JavaScript/Angular, HTML/ CSS/SASS, Storybook).
Familiarity with building CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins.
Strong understanding of building functional and userfriendly UI designs and partnering with a design team.
An understanding of accessibility principles and experience building products that adhere to WCAG AA requirements.
Strong sense of user interface design and attuned to the fundamentals of user experience, fit, finish and overall quality.
Familiarity with design systems and the concept of design tokens.
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and within the team to achieve desired outcomes and build strong relationships.
Proactive and creative in managing issues and opportunities.
Strong problemsolving skills.
Interpersonal skills: Professionalism and accountability, passion for learning and creating a shared responsibility.
