    En este puesto, desarrollarás e implementarás proyectos de gestión, visualización y análisis de datos derivados de actividades de marketing digital desde la perspectiva de negocio. Deberás definir e implementar la estrategia de la unidad de negocio de Data en colaboración con el Head of D&A en la oficina central, incluyendo el portfolio de servicios y la definición, presupuesto y venta de los proyectos de Data.

    Entre tus responsabilidades se encuentran garantizar el servicio en tiempo y forma al cliente (interno y externo), presentar los proyectos realizados a clientes y proponer soluciones para mejorar el negocio, gestionar proveedores de servicios y tecnología de Data, así como gestionar un equipo de trabajo a cargo.

    Requisitos del Candidato

    Para desempeñarte exitosamente en este rol, debes contar con estudios universitarios asociados a Marketing, preferiblemente con Maestría. También es fundamental que tengas experiencia en consultoría y análisis de soluciones de valor a clientes basadas en datos para evaluar el impacto de la actividad Digital.

    Otras habilidades y conocimientos que debes tener son:

    • Gestionar y velar por el desarrollo de Soluciones, así como de la toma de decisiones con los Departamentos necesarios, poniendo en valor la actividad Digital para la estrategia en los departamentos de Marketing.
    • Participar y aportar en Proyectos transversales con las distintas Áreas/Departamentos.
    • Dominio de la medición y análisis de datos.
    • Dominio de herramientas de BI, Data Mining, Big Data y Visualización de Datos.
    • Conocimientos sólidos en procesos de optimización de fuentes de conversión.
    • Conocimiento técnico en herramientas de Analítica web (Google, Adobe), Social Analytics, Monitoring y Listening.
