- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and policies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Provide training to employees on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and safety inspections.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with changes in HSE regulations and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and developing safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The HSE Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs.
