The Senior UX Design Lead will be responsible for the UX Design portfolio of Arrow, collaborating with different teams and setting the best practices and guidelines for UX and Ui.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operational Strategy: Develop and implement Design Operations strategies that enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and output quality across all UX functions.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in design workflows and introduce improvements in research, design, handoff, and feedback loops.
• Tooling & Systems Management: Oversee the selection, integration, and management of UX tools and platforms (e.g., Figma, design systems, prototyping tools, research repositories) to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
• Design System Stewardship: Partner with designers and developers to maintain, evolve, and govern a scalable design system that ensures consistency and accelerates product development.
• Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and UX teams to align on processes, timelines, and resource planning.
• Metrics & Reporting: Establish and track design KPIs, team performance metrics, and operational health indicators to inform leadership decisions.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: Support UX leadership in resource allocation, budgeting, vendor management, and team scaling initiatives.
• Knowledge Management: Create and maintain repositories for design assets, research insights, and best practices to promote reuse and learning.
• Culture & Collaboration: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentorship, and operational excellence within the design organization

What We Are Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on Design Operations and design systems.
• Proven expertise in creating scalable design systems and implementing user-centered design methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and research repositories.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Experience in Agile work environments and cross-functional collaboration.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (Optional)

• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers.
• Expertise in e-commerce platforms and their unique UX challenges.
• Familiarity with accessibility (A11Y) standards and best practices, such as WCAG guidelines, is a plus.

Work arrangement:

Hybrid: 3 days in the office- 2 days working from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$90, $132,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
