    Our growing access networks solutions business is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to join our Team in Tijuana, México.

    How You'll help us Connect the World:


    • Create a production plan according the demand, capacity and material availability. Coordinate with purchasing the expedite of missing materials.

    • Confirm the new sales orders in the best date. Communicate any changes to all the departments involved

    • Check that the sales that are committed for today are already covered, if not, they will review the reason and if there is a need to reschedule the sale, they need to communicate to CS.

    • Identify new sales and generate the production plan to cover them, checking the material availability and coordinating the expedite of components if needed, when they have firm dates of shortage materials and considering the capacity, they commit delivery date.

    • Release job orders according to the material availability and capacity; Responds expedites/escalations for customer service and other plants.

    • Use the installed capacity as much as possible if there is sufficient load.

    • Keep the business metrics in required goals.

    Required Qualifications for Consideration:


    • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in related field.

    • 5-6 years supply chain management experience.

    • Proficient in English language (written and spoken).

    • Knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements.

    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments from the business in a fast-paced environment.

    • High level analytical skills to identify improvement solutions.

    • Proven ability to optimally interact and influence personnel of various levels and disciplines.

    • Capability to work under pressure.
