• Generate and analyze AR reports to identify outstanding accounts, discrepancies, and trends.
• Engage with clients to address and resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files, including detailed transaction records.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to streamline processes and enhance customer communication.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Perform periodic financial audits related to receivables.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and other accounting tasks as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Proficient in using ERP systems, preferably Epicor.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus.
