About the Role
EVO Payments International is looking for a Supervisor, Merchant On-Boarding.

This role will be responsible for Administration of the Affiliation Control area, Guarantee the end-to-end process for 100% of the procedures processed in the area, manage the process of continuous improvement and quality and and generate performance and market indicators (KPIs), amongst others):


What You Will Do:


  • Ensure the attention of postsale services for requests that require a risk assessment.
  • The registration of 100% of the procedures in the Management base for the due control, monitoring and identification of the different stages of the same.
  • Ensure the configuration of parameters for monitoring transactions of Merchants.
  • Process and attend to the massive movements of our Finance and Operation areas to update rates, blocks and cancellations.
  • Keep internal process documents updated
  • Development and maintenance of the internal procedures of the operation
  • Guarantee due compliance with the established regulatory frameworks and procedures
  • Coordinate the presentation of special cases to the Risk Committee (PEP, Risk Activities, etc.)
  • Assist with our technology area for the design, development and operation of the technological platform necessary for the automated operation of the area
  • Support the development of projects in the area for the implementation of new functionalities or adaptations to the current ones
  • Generation, analysis and decisionmaking of the KPIs of the area
  • Document weekly and monthly management reports
  • Verification of Supplier Invoices to authorize Finance to pay them
  • Compliance with committed service levels
  • Administration of the personnel in charge.

What Skills We Seek:


  • Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Administration, Systems Engineering or similar)
  • Intermediate English
  • Minimum required experience of 2 years in process design and KPIs.
