_Job Summary_


This position proactively partners with HR Supervisor, to lead human resources initiatives ensuring that HR plans are aligned with business goals, in order to achieve short and long-term strategic organizational objectives in HR Function with major resposnabilities on Compensation, Benefits and Rewards for LATAM MX Businesses PD&CPDI Commercial area.


_Job Responsibilities_

  • Compensations and benefits administration, providing comprehensive analytical support for the design and administration of compensation programs such as Salary Structure, position evaluations, salary recommendations, and other detailed compensation analysis.
  • Responsible for payroll process, working with Financial Shared Services at Corporate level.
  • Support annual compensation cycles: Merit Planning, Variable Pay Plan and Executive Incentive Compensation.
  • Data integrity on HR Management Systems.
  • Ensure compliance to all applicable legal guidelines and requirements IMSS, LFT, INFONAVIT and Internal Labor Regulations.
  • Drive HR functional excellence through HR Processes: Communication, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition and Labor Relations.
  • Responsible to manage Wellbeing initiatives including but not limited to: Special Events, Recognition, and Health Campaigns.
  • Support to drive community involvement and Inclusion & Diversity, promoting active participation of employees.
  • Foster a culture where ownership of health and safety is embraced by all employees. Utilize MESH to ensure compliance with state/federal/provincial safety requirements and drive "zero incidents" culture.
  • Meet any other activity assigned by your supervisor or special requirements of the company.
  • Active participation in continues improvements programs and committees.
  • Support on compliance of internal and External assessments and audits.
  • Know and comply the applicable Global Directives, Policies and Guidelines

Calificaciones:


_ Qualifications_

  • Education level required:_
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources from an accredited institution required.
  • Years and area of experience required: _
  • Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist work experience in Electrical Engineering in Manufacturing/Commercial Industry.
  • Technical knowledge:_
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and legal issues at MX region level LFT.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements IMSS, INFONAVIT, compensation administration concepts.
  • Significant experience with positive employee relations policies and programs.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English-Spanish required.
