    As Sales Administration and Support , you will be responsible for perform back-office tasks, which help the salesperson to spend more time with customer.

    This role supports sales in making tenders and orders, creating the order / contract / equipment in SAP and maintaining the customer data in CRM and SAP.

    The sales administration and support can also perform other tasks under supervision of the salesperson and sales manager.

    The ideal candidate for the sales administration and support job should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well with various teams.

    They need to respond promptly to team requests. The candidate should also be open to learning, have strong problem-solving skills, and communicate information effectively. Overall, an ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement in their work.
    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

    • Supports salespersons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, documents, equipment – SAP, Tendering tool and CRM) and customer inquiries
    • Maintains customer data and hierarchies in SAP + CRM as instructed by salesperson or key account manager
    • Monitors the leads and new opportunities in CRM and assigns them to right person
    • Follows up the customer's approval of designs and lay-out drawings
    • Maintains sales and tendering tools and master templates as instructed by sales manager / product manager
    • Responsible for invoicing and monitoring of overdue payments (in some FL's)
    • Provides reports and summaries for sales, marketing, installation, delivery, finance managers etc.
    • Assists in general office tasks
    Supports in organizing customer visits, tasks and events
    HIRING REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required) Experienced with back office activities.
