Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer with Venus Concept in Tijuana, Mexico , you will perform on-site product installations , upgrades and ongoing service support and maintenance in assigned territories . You will utilize proven troubleshooting processes to diagnose and resolve technical issues with electro-mechanical aesthetic systems . You must have an Associate degree in electronic , computer , mechanical or biomedical engineering with applicable work experience ; alternatively , a bachelor 's degree would be considered an asset . Your skills include lifting up to 80lbs at times; being fluent in English; possessing a valid driver's license; having your own vehicle; traveling cross-territories quickly when needed during peak periods ; working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Outlook Word Excel as well as basic software skills including computer literacy.
