We are currently searching for a Functional Test Lead:

Responsibilities

Define and generate functional testing strategies tailored to complex financial systems.
Lead the analysis and design of test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business requirements.
Oversee test execution and provide effective defect management (findings management) until resolution.
Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation plans to ensure delivery timelines.
Execute automated test scripts and collaborate with automation teams to enhance testing efficiency.
Perform data validation using specialized tools for file analysis and database verification.
Collaborate in Agile environments, ensuring testing standards are met within sprint cycles.

Requirements:

5 years of experience in testing, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead role.
Strong expertise in functional testing, including White Box and Black Box methodologies.
Deep knowledge of Financial Markets operations (Equities, Money Markets, Investment Funds, Derivatives).
Intermediate proficiency in JIRA and XRay for test management.
Basic programming knowledge and experience with Database management (SQL).
Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities through self-management.

Desired:

ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced Level).
Experience in Test Automation and Non-Functional Testing (Performance, Security).

Languages

Intermediate Oral English.
Native Spanish.
