Job Purpose

To manage and ensure the execution of work plans, supervising and administering assigned resources to meet production schedules and achieve productivity objectives, complying with quality standards and safety guidelines established by the organization, also including the preparation of statistical, administrative reports and forming high performance work teams.

Specifications
- Contar with studies level: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering.
- Inglés intermediate, able to maintain fluent conversations and perform writing.
- 3 years of experience in metal mechanical company and knowledge in machines and tools, material handling, personnel management, production control, quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensures optimization of assigned resources to improve operational indicators such as: scrap, cpk, model change, costs, overtime, etc.
Participates in the training, coaching and performs the evaluation of its staff based on the competencies required to effectively perform their work.
Performs the performance evaluation of its personnel, provides feedback and follows up on the improvement action.
Applies the Lean Enterprise guidelines established in their area.
Coordinates the repair of emergency failures reducing downtime.
Ensures compliance with the procedures applicable to their area (Driveline Excellence system).
Ensures compliance with safety guidelines in order to prevent damage to personnel, machinery, equipment and facilities of the company.
Facilitates a climate of trust, respect and teamwork among its personnel that encourages the participation and commitment of the staff.
Ensures that operators adhere to the work standards for assembly in conjunction with the Team Leader.
Conducts investigations of accidents that occur in their area.
Complies with established company safety, quality, environmental and labor policies and regulations.

Technical knowledge required:

Knows the assembly components, according to the type of product.
Knows and masters the assembly sequence.
Knows the operating principles of machinery and equipment.
Master the procedures, instructions and formats of Quality System and Environmental System applicable to the operators.
Master the Lean Enterprise philosophy and the facilitators of excellence in production.
Master the teachinglearning technique for onthejob training (OJT).
Manages the Collective Bargaining Agreement and Internal Labor Regulations.
Manages the risk analysis methodology.
Master the process of analysis and problem solving.
Master the feedback process.
