    Job Description


    Pivotal role in shaping and executing workforce planning, talent development, and organizational growth initiatives.

    Responsible in shaping and implementing our Talent Management processes and development initiatives, with a primary focus on fostering skill development, building capabilities, and expanding exposure and career opportunities.

    Play a key role in developing and delivering clear, impactful, and consistently engaging communications to positively influence our workforce experience, reinforce our company culture, and uphold our core values.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the right talent is in place to meet current and future demands.
    • Ensure succession planning programs to identify high-potential employees for leadership positions.
    • Design or enable our talent with training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    • Support the design and implementation of performance management systems.
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making in talent planning and development.
    • Ensure an alignment of framework of clear and effective employee communications on a broad variety of topics.
    • Contribute to deliver a holistic workforce experience throughout a meaningful in-person activities that allow our talent to connect with the company and their sense of belonging
    • Oversee initiatives and feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and focus groups, to enhance employee engagement and improve the overall employee experience.

    Position Challenges

    • Collaborate with other HRs and departments to ensure an integrated approach on HR planning and development.
    • Develop new initiatives that connect our high performers with a career growth path inside Cemex.
    • Service-oriented to support any operational needs.
    • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    • Address employee concerns and work on resolving issues and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Collaborate closely with HR, top management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategic goals.

    Qualifications

    • Advanced English is crucial
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Areas of expertise: HR, Communication,
    • Experience in Planning and Development
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
    • Strong presentation skills, attention to detail,critical thinking
