Large and "fast-growing" international company is looking for his/her Sales Manager in México for their expansion in the North America Region.


Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education & Experience: College Degree with a minimum of 5+ years 3PL, Forwarder or Carrier sales experience
  • Passionate, confident, tenacious in a competitive industry
  • Customer service driven and proven track record of meeting/exceeding customer expectations
  • Continuous improvement oriented to drive best practices through sales development and customer service
  • Capable of successful interacting internally and externally at all levels of PRIMO and/or customer teams...TEAM FIRST
  • Excellent negotiation skills at the executive level, yet ability to collaborate with transportation personnel
  • Expertise in using all PRIMO systems and ability to train staff on how to become experts in all systems
  • Success in leading, developing, increasing engagement, and improving productivity of teams
  • Superior interpersonal, written, verbal and listening communication, customer satisfaction, and presentation skills
