    Job Description:
    • Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity in machining, assembly, composites, special processes, and testing areas.
    • Analyze production flow to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
    • Develop data-driven problem-solving strategies using tools such as A3, 5 Whys, RCCA/8D to reduce defects, rework, and non-conformances.


    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement or manufacturing with strong knowledge of Lean methods. Six Sigma certification preferred along with proficiency in Excel or other analytics tools like Minitab/Power BI


    Able to analyze KPIs (OEE/scrap/FPY) Conduct time/capability studies Lead cross-functional teams


    Candidates must have experience working within Aerospace & Defense regulated environment Proficiency required In MS Office Package Good analytical Problem-solving skills Excellent communication facilitation
