- Must have experience and competency to work on a peer level with customer personnel.
- Lead 8D teams and works with cross functions as needed for timely and effective issue resolution.
- Track & report key customer quality metrics (e.g. PPM, 8D/CAR response) keeping internal data aligned with the customer's view.
- Obtains customer approvals (i.e. homologation, process changes/upgrades) as required for changes to products, processes and/or suppliers.
- Communicate, document and assure that all customer specific requirements are deployed in the organization. 3+ Years Experience in Customer Quality
