We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Team manager

Preferred experience :
Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

Experience using CRM and other productivity tools (Salesforce, Outreach, SalesNavigator, Google Apps) Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
C1+ English and Spanish Spoken and Written proficiencyResponsibilities
Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and set goals for individual teammembers. Foster a positive team culture and maintain open communication channels within the
team. Coordinate and allocate tasks, ensuring optimal resource utilization and efficiency.
Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implementcorrective actions. Act as a point of contact between team members and management, conveying
updates and concerns.
