We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as HR Divisional Manager based in Cd. Juarez, Chih. (MTO Division).

As HR Divisional Manager, you will be responsible for leading the human capital strategy for the division, ensuring the alignment of business objectives with a culture of digital innovation.

Your Tasks will be:

• Manage Human Resources comprehensively across multiple plants, focusing on digital transformation and the implementation of new technologies.
• Administer HR programs, including training in labor relations and HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with Internal Control standards, as well as applicable legal requirements and regulations.
• Coordinate, document, and monitor Human Resources Control systems.
• Manage internal committees such as 5S, Safety, and the United Fund.
• Train, audit, and follow up on issues related to Internal Control systems.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• ISO-14001, IATF16949/ISO9001, and STPS Knowledge.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field.
• Proficient English Level.
