We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a IT Engineer

Preferred experience:

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws. May require interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance via the KPMS; rewarding and disciplining employees
Present and record course content in English and Spanish.
Assignments are received in the form of objectives; determines how to use resources to meet goals; has ability to recommend changes to departmental policies and establishes procedures that affect the organization
Acts as advisor to subordinates to resolve issues by selecting methods and techniques to obtain a solution. Responsible for overall operational success of corporate business unit and has final accountability on objectives determined at the organizational unit level
Decisions primarily impact at the project level
Modifies and executes policies within assigned area of responsibility
Developing a deep understanding of TriZetto's products and services.
Administering, organizing, and delivering training and educational programs for TriZetto's products, and services.
Creating courseware and preparing training materials, contributing to training program planning.
Evaluating program effectiveness.
Assessing training needs and requirements.
Managing/mentoring experience preferred.
Recording or online presentation experience is a plus.
Prior experience in technical and product training, or an aptitude to learn technical content.
Background in curriculum design preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and technology skills.
Knowledge of data models and batch operations desired.
Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a fouryear college or university, or a minimum of eight years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- "Train-the

Trainer" experience is a plus.
Previous knowledge of Facets, QNXT, and/or other TriZetto systems is advantageous.
Knowledge of MS DB architecture, SQL, SQL procedures, querying, XML, and reporting is beneficial.
Webbased development experience is a plus.
