Job Title: Laboratory Specialist

The primary function of this role is to ensure the day-to-day operation of a laboratory setting. This involves managing relationships with contract service providers, implementing established protocols for quality control and assurance, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily activities in accordance with established procedures
• Identifying opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness within the lab environment
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators

Required Skills & Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, strong analytical skills, attention to detail & ability to problem solve & adapt quickly.

• A first degree from an accredited University.


• Prior experience in a similar role enabling job holder to manage majority situations advising others.
