    The role of the NAO Controlling, HR & Compensations and Benefits Manager is to report, analysis, consolidate and manage the information of HR System to emit HR indicator with objective to provide key information and then do action plans. In addition, to analyze and develop modifications and apply group policies to Compensation and Benefits programs to meet identified organization objectives and needs.

    The main missions of the role are to:

  • Talent and Headcount reporting
  • HR KPI y employees flows evolution reporting (METIS)
  • Reporting of HR forecasts in function of HR prognostics (METIS)
  • Training follow up reporting
  • Analysis and update of the sites organization charts
  • Analysis and guarantee of the synchronization of the information between PASS and the payroll (cost comparison)
  • Revision and push for PASS updates
  • Generation, analysis and deployment of the indicators reports to FAS plants
  • Dashboards, highlights, headcount per area, flex.
  • Perform qualitative reports for FAS
  • Validation of the correct information of the payroll (jobs)
  • Costing consolidation for the expatriates RBU FAS Mexico
  • Review and update of the jobs and P&Ls for the monthly report
  • HR processes (expatriates reporting)
  • Analysis and communication of the MOD/MOI reports VS product sales (FAS Mexico)
  • PMT reporting (Analysis VS actual VS budget (annual))
  • HR budget reporting (semester)
  • VISA status reporting (expatriates FAS) (semester)
  • Annual social report follow-up (quantitative/qualitative)
  • Consolidation of the HR agenda (days off, reporting deadlines, payroll dates)
  • Follow-up of the Housing reporting (semester)
  • Monitor competitive trends, identify the organization's position and participate in the development of Compensation & Benefits policies.
  • Apply Compensation & Benefits policies and communicate them to Faurecia employees.
  • Lead the annual salary review process, ensuring that Faurecia's job grading is properly used.
  • Answer employee and management queries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure that the organization comply with local law in terms of compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure that required records and reports are maintained and issued.
  • Assure that benefit costs comply with the budget
  • Qualifications:

    Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree: LAE, LRI or Financial careers or three years in automotive environment.

    Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in a reporting and / or Comp & Ben function
  • Minimum 2 years in automotive industry
  • Skills & Competencies:

  • A first experience in the HR function within a industrial environment
  • Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems
  • Familiarity with HR administration systems
  • As a manager, you are also required to:

  • Secure internal control with the support of financial controller and finance network
