    Calling all the Inside Sales experts If you are ready to take your sales career to the next level, look no further. A premier provider of residential blinds committed to excellence in both product quality and customer service is on the lookout for an Inside Sales Manager to join and help them elevate their sales strategies, convert more leads, and improve processes.

    As the Inside Sales Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in driving increased sales conversions by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, mastering and optimizing CRM and sales tools, and building a highly skilled sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, someone who can innovate and leverage theinbound sales leads to meet and exceed sales targets.

    This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.

    What You'll Do
    • Strategy Implementation : Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies to efficiently and effectively convert inbound sales leads into successful sales outcomes.
    • CRM Mastery : Become an expert in CRM platform (HubSpot), ensuring it is fully leveraged to optimize sales processes and customer interactions.
    • Process and Tool Mastery: Continuously evaluate, select, and optimize sales tools and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the sales team.
    • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and lead a growing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Automation : Implement automation tools and techniques to streamline sales processes, reducing manual effort and focusing on high-impact activities.
    • Post-Purchase Maximization: Develop and run a comprehensive strategy focused on leveraging existing customers to generate referrals, repeat business, and maximize customer lifetime value.
    What You Need
    • 5+ years experience in sales management, preferably in the home improvement or similar industry.
    • Strong strategic planning and team leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
    • In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms, with a preference for candidates with specific experience in HubSpot.
    • Expertise in sales process optimization and automation.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and leading a team to achieve their best.
    • Sharp and able to lead the department, experienced and a team player is a must.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
    • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
    Salary & Perks
    • Competitive salary.
    • This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
    • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
    • Work from home.
    • Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 2 hour accepted) - PST.
