- Manages and directs all aspects of Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and overall Administration in a way that results reach complete satisfaction of customers while maintaining the stated operational and financial goals.
- Consults with managers regarding labor forecast, manufacturing schedules, inventory levels and plant capacity to meet predetermined annual sales forecast
- Employs strategic development and growth initiatives
- Recommend innovative approaches to manufacturing processes through lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Responsible for overall compliance and regulatory oversight.
- Approves staffing levels as determined by operational planning and control forecast.
- Provides mentorship, training and assessments of management team and staff. Periodically reviews managers' performance of department heads and supervisor and approve compensation and salary changes.
- Reviews with managers all unfavorable performance and advise and recommend workable solutions.
- Provides direction to managers and necessary programs to improve their development.
- Suggests capital budgets and advises Executive Management on capital deployment.
- Keeps abreast of trends and improvements in the field of quality, production, manufacturing, customer relations, personnel, and finance.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mérida, Yuc: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
