- Planeación de la producción basado en la demanda y servicio a cliente asegurando la disponibilidad y cumpliendo con los lineamientos de seguridad e inocuidad alimentaria.
- Realizar análisis de inventarios enfocado a la toma de decisiones que permita cumplir tanto con el servicio requerido por nuestros clientes, así como con los objetivos de la compañía.
- Se deberá analizar Ventas, Inventario total, rotación de inventarios, inventarios obsoletos, inventarios caducos.
- Optimización del programa de producción para lograr la mayor utilización de las líneas de producción y eficiencia de las mismas.
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o afín.
- 1 año de experiencia en Supply Chain, planning, demand, MCO.
- Deseable experiencia en industria alimenticia
- Experiencia indispensable en SAP
- Manejo avanzado de Excel y Power Bi
- Excelente capacidad analítica y manejo de presentaciones ejecutivas
