Responsibilities and Duties:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices within software development teams.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Dev/QA/Tech Lead/BSA) to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead and guide teams through the SDLC, emphasizing Agile principles and best practices.
Work within a Project Management Office (PMO) to report project delivery status updates.
Utilize Jira for project management and tracking.
Engage in a Community of Practice with other Scrum Masters to share insights and ensure process consistency.
Foster a friendly and engaging work environment, celebrating team wins and maintaining a sense of humor.

Role Specific Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, working within Scrum teams specializing in software development delivery.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira for Agile project tracking.
Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile practices and principles.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
Ability to lead and coach teams through the SDLC, reinforcing Agile methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and engagement within teams.
Demonstrated ability to report project status updates within a PMO framework.
