Job Description The Opportunity**:

Mattel is currently seeking an
Associate Sales Analyst; this role will be a member of a dynamic team and be responsible of having key communication with different teams.

What Your Impact Will Be

Analysis and processing of data related to demand, inventory and consumption peaks.
Use software tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to manage and process information efficiently.
Accurate demand forecasts using statistical techniques and trend analysis.
Collaboration with internal and external teams to incorporate relevant information within exercises; promotions, special events and changes in market trends.
Active engagement with business partners to execute POS plans, anticipation and proactivity
Coordination with counterparts to align objectives and ensure effective planning.
Monitor inventory levels and product rotation to identify opportunities for improvement and minimize overages and shortages.
Propose and execute initiatives to optimize CPFR processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen collaboration between trading partners
Assign and track purchase orders with Sales Admin and Logistics (no specific software required) 7.

Qualifications What We're Looking For**:

Advanced Excel Level
Ability to work with numerical data and perform complex mathematical calculations accurately.
Identify trends and make accurate forecasts.
