You will be responsible for operating in lockstep with product management teams to create a clear strategic direction for development needs and conveys that vision to the build and/or operations team.

You will direct the team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements and partner with the team to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt.

  • Own and manage Automic automation and scheduling platform for GEHC.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of the platform for its broad userbase.
  • Manage relationship with the product team and ensure license management, contract management, release schedules and updates.
  • Partner with GEHC cyber and risk team to manage product vulnerabilities and patching. Responsible for BU owned vulnerabilities and patching and accountable to CTO owned vulnerabilities and patching
  • Manage product upgrades to latest versions
  • Demonstrate excellent business acumen, know latest industry trends and be viewed as an internal expert for Enterprise deployments on Automic
  • Assist the business in determining which business requirements can and should be automated and how they are then integrated with other business and technical processes
  • Maintain functional peer relationships and detailed working knowledge of the assigned area's systems, organization, and business processes
  • Own the releases and sprint backlogs shortterm roadmap for MVPs (Minimum Viable Product) and quarterly releases
  • Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs
  • Demonstrate strategic level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity
  • Engage frequently with the architecture and development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions
  • Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
  • A minimum of 8 + years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials in Finance Systems
