Job Title: Ing. Procesos de Soldadura

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Ing. Procesos de Soldadura to join our team.Job Description:

As the Ing. Procesos de Soldadura, you will be responsible for overseeing the welding area OEE, change over and cycle time of the line, kaizen, ergonomic improvements, safety improvements, cost savings, standardized work, IATF audit, other audit. Increase in FTQ fast response meetings, 8D ́s action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the welding area
• Implement strategies to improve CHANGE OVER and CICLE TIME of the line
• Utilize MODAPTS methodology to increase efficiency
• Lead kaizen events to drive continuous improvement
• Identify and implement ergonomic and safety improvements
• Work towards cost-saving initiatives
• Implement standardized work processes
• Prepare for IATF and other audits
• Lead fast response meetings to increase FTQ
• Develop and implement 8D ́s action plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding processes
• Experience with kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of ergonomic and safety improvements in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with cost-saving initiatives and standardized work processes
• Experience in preparing for IATF and other audits
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead fast response meetings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
