• Evaluate hotel acquisition opportunities to assess their financial viability, market potential, and risks.
• Analyze financial statements, budgets, and pro forma financial projections.
• Review market research and competitive analysis to assess the hotel's positioning in the market.
• Assess the condition and potential capital expenditure requirements of the hotel property.

• Prepare comprehensive executive summaries and teasers of potential deals for potential equity partners.

• Participate in meetings with the acquisition team to present your findings, answer questions, and provide insights into the opportunities being considered.

• Support the due diligence process for hotel acquisitions.

• Assist in the sale of current assets by providing necessary information to brokers and sellers.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in hotel underwriting, real estate finance, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with hotel industry trends and market dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
