Required skills

• Background: Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Materials or related fields
• Strong foundations in Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are a must.

Python

• Clear understanding of good programming practices specific for Python (very important)
• Ability to write clean, understandable code
• Knowledge of Python data structures
• Experience with scientific libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, StatsModels, and Plotting libraries like Matplotlib.

Computational Skills

• Proficiency in Linux and Bash.

Others

• Ability to continuously write documentation in English
  Not required but a plus:While not mandatory, the following skills would be advantageous:
• General knowledge of Polymers.
• Familiarity with Data structures and Algorithms.
• Understanding of Map, Reduce, Filter techniques.
• Experience with RegEx.
• Proficiency in Git.
• Familiarity with Agile Technologies.
