- Responsible for handling all customer concerns promptly, leading a diverse team to implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
- Utilize client portals tools to monitor quality requirements and system.
- Track and assess customer scorecards, creating action plans to meet standards when necessary.
- Assist project teams in validating changes resulting from customer incident analysis, reviewing Quality costs, and supporting Controlling department.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanics, or similar engineering field.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Experience in the automotive industry and with Customer Portals (Mazda, Honda, Stellantis, Subaru, Ford, VW, BMW).
- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and Customer Portals.
- Availability to travel (Visa and passport for USA).
