In your leadership role, you will:

Shape and oversee the CG's operational rhythm and planning processes.
Collaborate with platform leaders to impact operations and planning.
Collaborate with CG's senior leaders to tackle complex business challenges and devise solutions.
Offer targeted analytical support to leaders driving operational enhancements, ensuring successful execution and rigorous management.
Learn from both internal and external best practices, partnering with business leaders to implement and scale them across CG

Qualifications:
10+ years experience in business operations, in similar roles such as Site Leader, Program Manager, etc.

Bachelors from accredited 4 year University
