    Country Manager

    • The Country Manager is accountable for delivering high-level results in sales, profit, annual budgeting, quality and food safety, and legal and labour compliance.
    • Holds full financial responsibility for the country, driving the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans to achieve short- and long-term objectives.

    Leadership and Team Development

    • Leads, manages, and develops a team of talented individuals to deliver results in accordance with company values.
    • Works with the central marketing team to communicate country needs for marketing activity, ensuring successful implementation and partner participation.

    Partners and Franchisees

    • Leverages franchisees to drive business growth, securing sufficient partners for new openings within four weeks of induction.
    • Ensures franchisee performance exceeds 85% in quality audits, addressing poor performance in a structured and fair manner.

    Retailers and Customers

    • Presents at business reviews with retailers, delivering on agreed plans and providing insights into consumer experiences.
    • Drives customer engagement and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through active listening and data-driven decision-making.

    Financial Acumen

    • Manages the country's P&L and overall budget, adjusting costs to reflect sales volumes and operating within budget constraints.
    • Conducts competitor analysis to identify opportunities for competitive advantage, informing new business initiatives.
