To support our global expansion, we are looking for a seasoned regional workplace leader.

As part of the global Workplace and Real Estate team, you will lead workplace operations & growth across Latin America, based in our Mexico City office.

You will be highly aligned with key stakeholders driving market growth and as a single senior leader for workplace engagement from strategy development through execution.

You will stay highly aligned with global workplace functions for new market-building strategy, occupancy planning, space design/experience, and financial rigor.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the workplace experience ranging from traditional facilities management to delivering on our commitment of providing a place for our employees to do their greatest work.

This role will report to Netflix's Global Head of Workplace & Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

Deliver on an expanding regional workplace program that aligns with the needs of the region and global strategy.
Serve as the single senior leader in the region that will align all regional workplace functions in support of moving the business forward.
Stay highly aligned with the global leadership team driving design & construction, space & occupancy, and real estate strategies.
Continuously drive a oneteam mentality with regional & global workplace leadership in support of moving Netflix forward; maintain overall alignment with global strategies and employee development in a matrixed reporting environment.
Lead workplace operations & experience leaders who oversee all building operations, a food & beverage program, transportation, shipping & receiving, events support, and employee moves.
Drive a service delivery model across all aspects of the workplace to create consistency across the portfolio that leverages our scale for procuring goods & services.
Build and lead an organization that ensures our real estate assets are able to support operations without business interruption.
In partnership with security operations & safety, ensure we are constantly providing a safe & secure workplace and responding to incidents that will occur 24/7.

Requirements:

Wellversed in all aspects of workplace functions including building operations, design & construction, real estate transactions, space & occupancy planning, and physical security operations.
Ability to manage teams working across multiple sites and geographies. Global experience is preferred.
Strong focus on customer experience and creating a great place for employees & visitors.
Strong working knowledge of technical building operations and a view as to what great looks like.
Strong people and organizational leadership skills.
Ability to influence decisions of key stakeholders, internal clients, and external vendors.
Ability to make strategic decisions and implement innovative ideas in a fastpaced and complex environment.
Ability to partner closely with Finance support teams.
Ability to understand and translate business requirements into service needs and deliverables.
