Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXAs a constantly growing company, Danfoss is looking for motivated employees who want to work with us on our success.

We are seeking a
Design Engineer to join our diverse team.

In this role you will be running projects where the product is improving and getting savings and support on update changes in the SAP systems on drawings of materials, assemblies and finish goods.

Besides, you will have participation of the analysis of customer complains in order to improve the product quality, fulfilling global standards and customer demands.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Upload documents and version controlmaintenance of drawing versions.
Design of components with the selection of the proper material, according calculus and simulations.
Creation and maintenance of drawings according Danfoss standard, using the correct tolerance section and geometrical tolerances according ISO 276
Run projects due new variants, savings or improving quality of components, with the fulfillment according target of the efficiency on achievement closing day.
Knowledge of TS tools DFMEA, Product Standards and Customer requirements to establish the test to perform on the product
Continuous improving of the product according DFMEA (TS tools) and fulfilment of the Control Plan for Prototype
Knowledge of the Quality Management System, identify the location of the turtles, procedures, instruction and registers in the server.
Usage of them for the documentation and planning of the projects
Engineering support to other areas regarding PDM, drawings, materials, test result evaluation
Make product acceptance decisions
Report activities that deviate from Quality objectives
Stop supplier activities that deviate from Quality Objectives
Procedures and work instructions related to this job
Design plans

Background & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
3+ years of experience working with product design and development and/or engineering research.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Inventor or another 3DCAD system.
Ability to work effectively in a high quality, deadline committed environment.
Global mindset and outstanding communication skills.
Good time management and project management skills to organize and plan effectively in developing systems and processes.
Needs to have a strong grasp and understanding of a team environment.
