Responsibilities

Leads and/or provides accounting expertise to functional project teams and participates in crossfunctional initiatives.
Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies, creating sustainable SOX controls and ensuring operation is aligned to our KPIs.
Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decisionmaking within a broad scope.
Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple subfunctions within finance.
Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in their design and implementation.
Analyzes process operational reports and provide possible preventive actions to improve transactional operations.
Represents the AMS region during crossregional or crossfunctional planning processes and operational reviews.
Represents the organization to external customers and clients.
Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lowerlevel employees.

Education & Experience Recommended

Fouryear or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 710 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications
