Principal Accountabilities::
* Supervise vendor relations staff engaged in the management of vendor relationships and monitoring of performance of vendors contracted for the delivery of outsourced services* Coordinate lifecycle activities such as incident management, and compliance audits* Review and perform cost and spend analysis to identify cost effective solutions for existing and future contracts
Knowledge & Skill Requirements::
* Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred *Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager's criteria* Generally six years of progressive experience with one year of supervisory experience* Strong organization and communication skills* Proficient PC skills

* Acquires depth of expertise in more than one technical work area and on track to becoming a discipline expert* Acquiring management experience within a process driven environment with extensive experience in a large or complex technical area* Knowledge of standardized rules, procedures, and operations within own area* Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required* Requires knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures
