The System Validation Engineer requires broad understanding of system level architecture.

This job will present interesting challenges and drive knowledge of latest, state of the art, Intel architecture as the person will participate in their validation at a system level.

Key attributes and activities in this role include, but are not limited to:

Validation pathfinding for network technologies (hardware or software).
Engaging with architecture and various crossteam validation organizations to define test plans.
Drive requirements to test cases, defining proper traceability.
Be a voice and enforcer of the health and quality of the products.
Constantly improve testing coverage based on success criteria metrics and status.
Planning, developing, and executing Systems Engineering Best Practices.
Be a role model for the organization.
Advanced English communication skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications,
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:

1+ years of experience in Linux operating systems and firmware understanding experience.
1+ years of understanding on Computers Architecture.
1+ years of experience in Network (Hardware level) with knowledge in physical, data link, network and transport layers of the OSI model
Basic knowledge with Fiber, Frames, Ethernet, PPP, Packets, IP, ICMP, IPSec, TCP, UDP, etc.
1+ years of technical and debug experience with data center or client systems.
1+ years of system level validation experience and test plan creation.
1+ years collaborating with technical teams, problem solving and goals oriented.
1+ years programing skills in Python or C/C++
Advanced English level.

Preferred qualifications,

Testing frameworks and methodologies.
Experience writing test cases for hardware validation.
Experience on test content automation.
CCNA, CCNP or similar certifications.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
