    Descripcion del Puesto

     

    Este puesto de Ingeniero de Procesos III es fundamental para la fabricación de nuestros productos de cocina y baño. Como parte del equipo de manufactura, usted trabajará en la creación y mejora de nuestros procesos de producción.

     

    Responsabilidades:

    • Establecer y mejorar los métodos y procedimientos operativos en cada uno de los procesos que intervienen en la fabricación de muebles cerámicos, garantizando así una alta calidad y eficiencia.
    • Evaluar y mejorar el desempeño de los procesos de producción actuales, identificando áreas de mejora y reduciendo costos.
    • Implementar control de procesos para optimizar las operaciones y mejorar su rendimiento, reduciendo desperdicios y retrabajos.
    • Realizar análisis y evaluaciones de las capacidades de proceso, definir mejoras necesarias y establecer planes de trabajo para controlar y predecir resultados.
    • Desarrollar e implementar proyectos de mejora inmediata para soluciones probadas o implementación de Mejores Prácticas.
    • Participar en la introducción de nuevos productos y procesos, validando resultados obtenidos y apoyando en la definición, desarrollo e implementación de proyectos de inversión.
    • Ayudar a implementar el sistema de medio ambiente y participar activamente en su cumplimiento.

     

    Requisitos:

    • Formación académica: Ingeniería Química, Mecánica o Industrial.
    • Experiencia laboral: 5-10 años en manufactura, ingeniería de procesos; experiencia en la industria o procesos cerámicos deseable.
