What You Will Do

  • Guarantee the correct processes of entering sales orders, by appropriate practices for the business and align to finance and compliance policies.
  • Supervise dispatch of orders is carried out under the processes and times established and agreed with the client. Ensure compliance of the delivery of products to customers under the promised dates.
  • Define methodologies to solve problems in the operation of the business.
  • Supervise the execution of the tasks assigned to each member of the customer service teams.
  • Define strategies to ensure excellent customer service

  • Establish agreements with the commercial and financial team and define priorities.
  • Establish permanent communication with the other areas of the company to solve problems and proposals for improvement to the processes related to the operation of the business.
  • Analyze operational processes, escalation procedures and conduct training needs assessments to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and add value to customer
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, field service, order processing, and accounting to resolve status, delivery, and billing inquiries.
  • SLAs, development and monitoring of metrics and main KPIs.
  • Team lead, including management of people, defining roles and responsibilities, planning for the department's future needs and operations, counselling employees on performance and contributing to their development.
  • Ensure that the objectives delivered to the sales projection are met, such as ensure the entire order entry in order to met sales results.
  • Ensure correct billing process in accordance with applicable local laws

What You Will Need

  • Previous professional related experiences (Minimum 3 years) in similar management position.
  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain
  • Advanced English
  • SLAs development
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion
  • Demonstrated effective management skills
  • Able to make effective presentations to diverse groups.
  • Ability to lead teams through process improvements
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Expertise advanced in office (Excel, power point and word) required
