Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Aligns the sales organization's objectives through active participation in regional strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning and budgeting
  • Structures the Sales, Service and Application teams in the territory (LATAM) and select the most efficient sales channel infrastructure
  • Meets assigned targets for sales volumes, market share and local profit contribution. Ensure that overall as well as product line targets and targets related to System Sales and After Market are met
  • Develops and professionalizes Customer Service & After Market
  • Implements and executes the Sales Excellence Program (SEP) and maintain the CRM-System in the light of increased sales efficiency, collaboration and competitive intelligence (i.e. win/loss analysis, competitive mapping, etc.)
  • Provides leadership to the local organization's management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, highperformance and ethical behavior
  • Is accountable for the regional budget. Proactively assess investments in service, training and administrative support. Ensure investments yield productivity benefits consistent with established objectives
  • Provides managerial leadership and ensure execution of initiatives are implemented consistent with divisional and regional strategy
  • Establishes and maintain productive relationships with customers and prospects
  • Utilizes local Experience Centers as a highly professional point of contact for customers to convey the competence of the products and solutions
  • Manages the assigned region's trade show activities and internal/external sales meeting activity reporting to your meeting results/next steps

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree required; A degree in high tech or business administration/marketing is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Able to work effectively both within a team and individually planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills a commitment to teamwork and "cando" spirit
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to develop and deliver clear and effective presentations on complex topics
  • Can work under high pressure with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to travel internationally without restrictions: North America, Europe, and other locations as needed
