Team Overview:


Incorpórate a DIDI Call Center de Cobranza, estamos en búsqueda de talento para integrarlo al equipo de trabajo, ocupando el puesto de SUPERVISOR DE COBRNAZA.


Role Responsibilities:
Implementar políticas y procedimientos de control interno de cobranza. Implementación de indicadores para el área

Elaborar reportes a través de base de datos.


Realizar análisis y seguimiento contínuo de los resultados de la gestión con el propósito de identificar áreas y oportunidad de mejora.

Control y manejo de las cuentas para identificar pagos vencidos. Localizar a los deudores y tener contacto con ellos para realizar qacuerdos de pago del adeudo.

Mantener los registros precisos e informar el proceso de la actividad de cobro.

Enfocado a metas.

Tener el manejo y control del personal a cargo.

Trabajo en equipo.

Contar con estratégias de resolución para distintas problemáticas. Cuenta con actitud y diferencia de Líder y Jefe.


Role Qualifications:

Requisitos:
Preparatoria terminada

Supervisor o Coodinador : 2 años

Crédito y Cobranza: 4 años

Microsoft Excel,Word y PPT avanzado

Conocimiento general en cobranza
