Responsibilities:


  • The SDM is the key point of escalation and is accountable for local business relationship management for IT service performance; they are responsible for aggregating demand for new and improved IT services required by the business and ensuring overall business satisfaction with Application services.
  • This position is a stakeholder facing role and requires management of expectations within the business.
  • Responsible to ensure that 3rd Party Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met following up on Problem Management and ensuring contractual agreements are adhered to.
  • Position will meet with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs regarding Applications Management Services reporting needs.
  • Responsible to ensure that our IT Service Management (ITSM) system is properly configured and managed.
  • Respond quickly to incidents escalations.

Background:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering or related field.
  • 3 years of experience
  • Service Now (mandatory)
  • ITIL Certification (mandatory)
  • Experience working with third party Application Maintence providers (desirable)
