Service Delivery Manager - México - Hitachi Energy
Descripción
Responsibilities:
- The SDM is the key point of escalation and is accountable for local business relationship management for IT service performance; they are responsible for aggregating demand for new and improved IT services required by the business and ensuring overall business satisfaction with Application services.
- This position is a stakeholder facing role and requires management of expectations within the business.
- Responsible to ensure that 3rd Party Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met following up on Problem Management and ensuring contractual agreements are adhered to.
- Position will meet with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs regarding Applications Management Services reporting needs.
- Responsible to ensure that our IT Service Management (ITSM) system is properly configured and managed.
- Respond quickly to incidents escalations.
Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience
- Service Now (mandatory)
- ITIL Certification (mandatory)
- Experience working with third party Application Maintence providers (desirable)
