Job Description:


Objetivo de la Posición:


  • Manage/Grow assigned customer and budget base; pursue and secure business in line with corporate/regional objectives within the assigned geography and/or market segment.

Principales Responsabilidades:
(No limitativo)


  • Accountable for delivery of the "Gross Profit" to meet and exceed predefined targets through assigned clients.
  • Preparation of sales calls, and pipeline management through our CRM with a disciplined approach.
  • Strive for consultative sales to distinguish market presence by effectively probing/identifying needs and suggesting solutions from our portfolio of logistics products (Ocean, Landside transportation, Customs House Brokerage, LTL, LCL, Control Tower solutions and Lead Logistics, etc.).
  • Timely and correct update of contract rates, terms, and conditions in line with the predefined procedures.
  • Effectively hand over and provide the right input for implementations, on overall "closedwon" business opportunities to our customer service, operations, and finance teams.
  • Establish an internal network to facilitate the resolution of customer issues.
  • Research and understand territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers
  • Respond to all sales leads/key correspondence within identified timelines.
  • Research and analyze competitive and industry trends (e.g., analyze sales statistics, prepare reports, study literature regarding new and existing services, and monitor sales, prices, and services of competitors); recommend appropriate measures.

Qualifications:


PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO IDEAL

Estudios, Idiomas y Lenguajes necesarios:


  • Bachelor ́s degree in Administration, International Commerce, or similar.
  • Más 2 años de experiência en área de logística;
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado;

Habilidades Deseadas y Experiência:


  • Proven experience in a commercial role within the logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Previous business development experience, with a sound understanding of logistics and solutions selling.
  • Great relationshipbuilding skills, customer oriented.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to be both persuasive and influential.
  • Selfmotivated and performancedriven.

Salario Mensual:$25,000 a 45,000 MXN
o 45,000 a 60,000:
