What do you get to do in this position?

• Leadership for NAM Hub Mexico to lead R&D Teams including Engineering, Industrialization, Quality, ASCO for the Power Products Division
• Lead and Develop Technical Talent
• Maximize the potential of cross functional technical teams
• Collaborate with Business Leaders on the MDIC (Monterrey Development & Innovation Center) to successfully position the Hub in North America and the Globe

This job might be for you if:

You posses +10 years of experience in the Engineering and Manufacturing Industy

Prior experience with leading and driving large transformations

Prior experience with leading and driving highly technical and cross functional teams

Strong experience in delivering large projects at scale including engineering industrialization

Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and geographic locations and support P&L operations as needed

People leadership - ability to attract and develop talent across multiple discipline

If you are fluent in English with the ability to have highly technical conversations

If you posses a Degree preferably in Engineering
