    Nutreco is a member of the SHV family, committed to 'Feeding the Future' through sustainable and innovative practices. We are seeking an experienced LATAM Payroll Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

    About the Role

    • Lead the LATAM Payroll Team: Manage and mentor a team of payroll specialists across LATAM, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant payroll processing in multiple countries.
    • Oversee Payroll Processing: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including salaries, bonuses, benefits, taxes, and deductions, in compliance with local labor laws in each LATAM country.
    • Ensure Compliance: Stay up to date on local labor laws and tax regulations across LATAM to ensure full compliance.

    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, HR, or a related field. Payroll certification is a plus. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, Portuguese is a plus. Expertise in LATAM payroll, tax, and social security regulations is essential. Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems is also required.
