In Polanco in a great environment, we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst for personnel, with 5-8 years of experience, who has started in an analyst role (hopefully familiar with the payroll process).

Someone who is probably not currently working.

Establish a system for updating job descriptions, valuation, alignment, and referencing of positions, from the communication campaign to its rollout in the organization.
Establishment of structures (salary scales) and internal equity and development system versus external competitiveness.
Capable of establishing the compensation structure.
Responsible for HR personnel cost costing, planning, and personnel budget.
Control of structures (Head Count), internal movements, promotions, and transfers, with corresponding levels and movements (carrier path).
Participation in compensation surveys formal and informal getting market target information.
Market referencing studies able and capable of providing all Co. required data.
Head Count control and Personnel Budget control.
Employee recognition/rewards and benefits system.
Administration of Compensation and Benefits, experience in implementing employee benefits and presenting proposals. Achievements in this area are important because it require a high tolerance for frustration, influencing ability, and skill in presenting and justifying decisions that impact the business.
Establishment of performance indicators at the organizational level
KPIs, and communication/reporting.
Knowledge of pension and retirement plans.
Intermediate or higher English proficiency is desirable, as presentations will need to be made to international groups.
